We hope that you are completely satisfied with you recent online sunglasses purchase from Sidebar, but if you have questions, concerns, or just simply weren't thrilled with your purchase, we are here to make it right.


You have 30 calendar days to return your sunglasses from the date you received them. The glasses must be unused and in the original packaging to be eligible for a full refund, or exchange. You will also need to include the receipt or proof of purchase with your return. Please mail your return to:

If you are not completely satisfied with your sunglass purchase we do offer full refunds. Simply ship the glasses back to our facility with your receipt or proof of purchase. Once we have received your item, we will inspect the returned glasses and notify you via email that we have received your returned item. The refund will be issued back to the purchaser’s credit or debit card (original method of payment).You will generally receive the credit within 7-10 business days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Sale items

Sale items are non-refundable. We apologize for any inconvenience.


We only exchange sunglasses if they are defective, damaged, or do not fit properly.  If you need to exchange your sunglasses for the same pair, please send us an email at and mail your defective, damaged, or improperly fit glasses to:

Refund, Return, and Exchange Disclaimer Information

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
